Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled at Ethenika. It should be read together with our Return & Cancellations policy.

How Refunds Are Issued

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only, which can be redeemed on your next purchase with Ethenika.
  • No refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • Store credit is issued only after the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes our Quality Control (QC) check.

Eligibility

  • Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery for wrong, damaged or size-related issues only.
  • A parcel unboxing video is mandatory to support any damaged or wrong-product claim.
  • Discounted/sale products, white-coloured products, embroidery products, and customised or culture-specific products (such as Chaniya Cholis and premium silk sarees above INR 2,000) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • For prepaid orders cancelled before processing, any amount paid is credited back to the original payment source within approximately 20–25 working days.

Ethenika reserves the right to reject any return, cancellation or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
