We offer free shipping across India on all orders above Rs. 799. So shop your heart out and leave the shipping to us!
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–72 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery Timelines
- Domestic (India): Typically delivered within 2–10 working days after dispatch, subject to transit conditions.
- International: Typically delivered within 10–15 working days after dispatch.
While we work hard to deliver within these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays, regional or national holidays, or weather). In the rare event of a delay caused by our logistics partner, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted until 30 days from the date of shipping.
Important Information
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in selected cities.
- We can ship to only one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking details so you can track it online.
- Paid express delivery is available via Bluedart.
- Prices shown are inclusive of all applicable charges and taxes (terms and conditions apply); the amount shown on the payment page is the final amount.
- If any product requires separate shipping charges, this will be indicated on the product page and at checkout.
- For international orders, all applicable taxes, customs and duties are to be borne by the customer. For returns of international orders, any customs charges applied will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Delivery is considered complete once the goods are delivered to the address you provide.
- By placing an order, you authorise our logistics partner to contact you regarding the delivery of your order.
