Return & Cancellations

At Ethenika, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Every order goes through a rigorous quality check — for fabric quality, colour and quantity — before it is dispatched. Our Return, Exchange and Refund terms are set out below.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, for wrong, damaged or size-related issues only. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, you may request a return or exchange within this timeframe.

Return Policy

  • Return requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery through our Return / Exchange link, by uploading your Order ID, packaging label and product images with the original packaging and brand tag intact, clearly showing the issue.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unwashed.
  • All returned products are inspected at our warehouse against our quality-check parameters before a return is approved.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit only, which can be redeemed on your next purchase with Ethenika. Refunds are not processed back to the original payment method.
  • Store credit is issued once the return is received at our warehouse and passes the quality check.
  • Exchanges for size, colour or defect-related issues are completely free of cost.
  • Discounted and sale products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • White-coloured products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Customised / culture-specific products such as Chaniya Cholis and premium silk sarees above INR 2,000 are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Policy

  • For any damaged or wrong product claim, a parcel unboxing video is mandatory. Without an unboxing video, claims cannot be accepted.
  • If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will exchange it free of cost — provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery at help@ethenika.com with photos.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed as store credit only. No refund is processed back to the original payment method.
  • For prepaid orders that are cancelled before processing, any amount paid will be credited back to the original payment source within approximately 20–25 working days.
  • Shipping charges, where applicable, and any discount from a used coupon code will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Additional Conditions

  • Products must be unwashed, unused and in undamaged condition. Do not cut the fabric — it must be returned in its original cut length.
  • We offer a free reverse pickup for domestic (India) orders; pickup is usually arranged within 3–5 working days. If your pincode is not serviceable, you may need to courier the product back to us, and we will reimburse the courier cost along with your refund.
  • Sale and offer products are final sale unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
  • All embroidery products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • It may take approximately 15–25 working days to receive a replacement or refund after we receive the returned product.

Colour & Description Disclaimer

Product details such as weight, colour and size are approximate. Slight variation in actual colour from what appears on screen is possible. We assure you of the quality of our products.

Ethenika reserves the right to reject any return or cancellation that does not comply with this policy. Refunds are processed in the form of store credit only.
