I had placed a return **** exchange request

i had asked for return **** exchnage request for which i have also sent many reminders but there is no response in this regard. I would recommend not to but reasons, colour does not match delayed delivery and they have exchange and return option but they the exchanges is yet not done. no revert after delivery
